2024 Paddlers Awards Winners – Bren Orton, Paddling Legend
The first award we are handing out is one to celebrate. We are stoked to announce Bren Orton as 2024 Legend Paddler of the Year.
Is it his constant smile, his incredible boating skills, his ability to light up any room he entered, his thirst for adventure, or simply his profound love for paddling? Bren Orton left an indelible mark on us paddlers in a way that few others ever have. His passing this year created a wave of love rarely seen before in the paddling community. Although typically reserved for older paddlers, it was impossible not to award Bren the Legend Award for 2024. We miss you, legend. We love you, brother.
