2nd Known Decent of Cheslatta Falls, Bc
There is a big double drop outside my hometown of Vanderhoof B.C. In the geographical centre of British Columbia. I had always been amazed by its power and raw beauty, then I discovered whitewater kayaking and realized that one day I might be able to experience the waterfalls in a much more inmate way. Here is a short video of that day. We didn’t know if it had ever been run before but after we ran it I found out that two others had attempted a decent back in 1999, with mixed results and possibly even more carnage than we had. Enjoy!
