Fist Descent Núria River (Spanish Pyrenees)
Aniol Serrasolses and Quim Fontanes went for a first descent on the Pyrenees 2 weeks ago. The Núria River flows from the highest peaks of the eastern pyrenees and had never seen paddlers on it’s waters never ever before. Levels were a bit low but we could still paddle a good number of slides, waterfalls and rapids on a very beautiful scenery. It was also a very special occasion as Núria River is on the headwaters of the Ter river where Aniol and i started to paddle together on the Salt.ter Kayak School.
