British University Creek Race 2014

The British University Creek Race is back for its second installment taking place on the 5^th of April on the banks of the Etive, in Scotland.

The British University Creek Race brings together all the best student paddlers from all four corners of the UK and promises to be a great event filled with boating, fun and prizes.

The day will start with registration at Glencoe Mountain Resort and a chance to pick up a goody bag filled with gifts from our generous sponsors, including Fire It Up, Immersion Research, System X, Go Kayaking Scotland and Kayak Session magazines handed out to every competitor.

The race will consist of a qualification run down a grade 3/4 section of white water and a final on class 4/5 section. The event has already proven to be hugely popular so far with the Facebook invite attracting over 270 people from over 40 universities across the UK wanting to compete to be crowned Men’s and Women’s Universities Creek Race Champion.
