Gauley Season – What’s bringin’ all dem damn dirtbags up here
Gauley Season is a peculiar time of year for paddlers. Add « fest » behind almost any river name, and you can count on there being a weekend of rowdiness. But most rivers pull in a group of vagabonds and dirtbags for a weekend at best; the Gauley…people seem to stay around for a little while.
