Kayak bum’s perspective of Colombia
If you’re a kayaker that likes to travel to warm exotic destinations, Colombia will blow your mind. Still only roughly explored by kayak, it is a hot new trendy destination and there is a good reason for it: Interesting culture, breathtaking landscapes, diverse flora and fauna and abundance of white water. I didn’t have a filming plan so I just put some random shots together to give you a glimpse of our experiences in Colombia. I combined them with GoPro footage of Rio Suarez, one of the most amazing rivers I have ever done in my life. In the end you can see how I mess up in one of the rapids and end up swimming.
