Kootenays Part II: Play (Two Dudes Six Boats)
Last Summer we were fortunate to have massive rains bring up the Columbia River to levels it hadn’t seen since the dams were put in in the sixties. While in other parts of BC roads were washed out, basements flooded and bridges ripped away we merely watched the river rise steadily to unseen heights.
This is 6 weeks of playboat bliss compressed, Mike Grant and I probably averaged four days a week out there while still working full time.
To anyone who didn’t catch it: You missed out!
