NEW EVENT: Champion’s Race, March 19th – Pau, France
« The Race that will move Canoe Slalom into a new era ! »
As a season opener, a race of a new kind will be organised on the Pau Whitewater Stadium on March 19 2022, using a format of a new kind, that could well change the future of Slalom racing.
Organized by Parc Aquasports – the Pau White Water Park management – this format of competition promises to be spectacular and exciting.
€ 4000.00 Cash prize!
The concept is simple and made to both entertain the spectators and paddlers alike, but also to make the sport understandable by anyone. A format that could influence the future of canoe Slalom worldwide.
– 40 sec runs
– Heats/Semi/Final
– 4000€ price money
« The qualification runs will be held with the following format: 2 runs, the best run counts to move into the semi-finals/finals. »
The qualification run will be during the day with the format: 2 runs, the best run count. And TOP 20 of each category will join the final board (semi + finals) of the CHAMPION Race.

12.00 – Qualifiers Heat 2
16.00 – Semi Finals & Finals
19.00 – Prize Giving Ceremony
