Short Film of the Year Awards 2013 – Final Results
High Atlas, by french director Hugo Clouzeau (We Are Hungry Productions) was just voted best short film of the year in whitewater kayaking. High Atlas recaps an exploratory trip across the Kingdom of Morocco, in Northern Africa in search of water.
1st – High Atlas Kayaking – Entry #5, (5000.00 USD cash prize)
2nd – The Serrasolses Bros – Entry# 35, (2500.00 USD cash prize)
3rd – Super Substantial – Entry# 38, (1000.00 USD cash prize)
With finalists from the four corners of the world (Australia, France, New Zealand, Spain, USA and Canada) the Short Film of the Year Awards have now reached the international status, and is seen as the reference for film producers around the world, and TV broadcasters alike. (45 entries, 14 nations represented, 6 finalists, the best of whitewater kayaking on film every year).
NB: 50% is based on a panel of whitewater and filmmaking professionals, 50% based on online votes & views.
