Southeast Slicers take on the Tallulah
Tallulah Gorge in Rabun County, GA harbors a land of geologic size and wonder. Towering cliff walls and waterfalls abound. For 5 weekends every year, Georgia Power releases water into the dry riverbed and paddlers flock to this rarely seen world. While best known for the Oceana slide, the gorge’s endless seams, hydraulics, waves, and cliff walls make it a perfect river for slicey boats. Enjoy following some of the Southeast slicers on one of our favorite rivers!
