The shooting has stopped at Sang Run (Upper Youghiogheny)
Tucked into a tiny article in the AW journal, it was a sentence that amazed me. I had been paddling the river for several years, yet I had never heard the story of boaters getting shot at. How had things gotten so bad in Sang Run that people pulled out guns? And how long had it been happening that boaters accepted it as normal?
